Each product of Twigshop is covered by a manufacturer’s guarantee as required by law.

This guarantee includes either the replacement of the product for a manufacturing fault (conditions may vary depending on each manufacturer), or its repair.

These assistance can be provided either by the manufacturer or Twigshop.

Should you need to forward a claim for warranty you will find Information on this in our page Product support in the Customer Care section. You will need to be registered with TwigShop to access this page. Once you have completed in full our warranty claim form, a TwigShop member of staff will contact and inform you whether the assistance is provided by a manufacturer or by Twigshop assistance.

Once you have received delivery of a product and if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return the item back to us in its original packaging and condition. As stated by law, a person is entitled to exercise his/her Right of Withdrawal within 8 working days from the date the item was purchased. Under such circumstances, any return carriage costs will be paid for by the customer. This law may vary according to different countries.
