Placing an order with TwigShop is easy.
To find out how to purchase items from our store please read the details below.

Add to Basket

To add items to your shopping basket, click on the item you wish to purchase and then on the item’s description page, click Add to Basket.

View items in your shopping basket

You can view the contents, price, total cost, availability and number of items (which can be adjusted) by clicking on your basket.

Register or log in

You will now be prompted to log on to your account, if you do not have a TwigShop account you can create one with us.

Verify your details

Once logged on you will be able to confirm or (change) your invoice and delivery address.

Choose how to pay

Choose how you would like to pay for your order: with ClickandBuy or by bank transfer. Click continue once the procedure has been completed.

Confirm your order

Once your order has been completed you can check its status in My orders.
