The prices shown exclude shipping and sales taxes where applicable unless otherwise expressed in the product description. All prices are listed in Euros. We strive to provide accurate pricing however, In the event of any incorrect pricing posted online due to typographical or human error, TwigShop.com reserves the right to refuse and cancel orders placed for incorrectly priced items.


Product availability and shipping

All products sold by TwigShop.com are available for shipping unless otherwise stated. Due to the fact that most products on sale at TwigShop.com are either limited edition items or hand made, all shipping times shown for each product are “approximate” and as indicated by the manufacturer. Neither TwigShop.com or the BeWebCom Corporation offer any indication toward delivery times. Products purchased may in some cases be shipped earlier than originally stated. All merchandise will be shipped by the BeWebCom Corp partner company headquartered in London who have several offices and warehouses located throughout Europe.


Return Policy

TwigShop.com offers a 30 day return policy for US Resident Customers and a 8 day Return Policy for European Residents unless otherwise stated in YOUR/CUSTOMERs COUNTRY however, all products sold at TwigShop.com are covered by a Manufacturer’s warranty which may differ depending on individual countries. Original shipping and handling (if applicable) charges are not-refundable. The Customer is responsible for the return shipping and handling costs for all returned products, (should this be applicable). All returns must obtain a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) from TwigShop.com “prior to returning an item”. Any returns we receive without an RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned back to the customer and any credit due for the return of item’s without an RMA will not be reimbursed. RMA numbers are valid for 16 days from the date of issue. Returns must be 100% complete, in original factory condition, including the original boxes, packing materials, contents, manuals, inserts, warranty card(s), etc. Additional charges may apply should the merchandise not be returned in its original condition. To obtain an RMA number, please follow the procedure described in “Customer Accounts”. All returned merchandise must be shipped to a Partner Company located in Europe, the address details will be provided together with the RMA number. When returning a product, we recommend that adequate insurance is arranged for the returned item. TwigShop will not accept responsibility in the event an item becomes lost or damaged while in transit. It is the responsibility of the sender to make sure returned items (are adequately insured by the carrier). The RMA number must appear clearly on the shipping label affixed on the outside of all returned items. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any product that does not meet the requirements detailed in the TwigShop Customer Account section. In the event your merchandise is delivered in damaged condition resulting from transit, please do not accept delivery and request that the delivering agent return the item back to the sender. In such circumstances you may need to complete a returns form which will be provided either by (DHL, Fedex, or TNT) depending on the courier company. Upon receipt of any damaged or refused merchandise to our warehouse, following verification by TwigShop we will despatch a replacement item to you.


Export Regulation

Any transaction which may involve export under the U.S. export regulations act, and any products sold or distributed by TwigShop.com under these terms and conditions of sale from the United States are exported in accordance with such regulations. Diversion, use, export or re-export contrary to United States law is prohibited. Any products sold or distributed under these terms and conditions of sale may not be exported or re-exported to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Sudan, North Korea or Syria or to entities and persons that are ineligible under United States law to receive United States commodities, technology and/or software.


Indemnity

You agree and accept to indemnify and hold TwigShop.com, Bewebcom Corporation, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of these Terms and Conditions of Use and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.


Arbitration of Disputes

Any and all disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions of Use and/or your relationship with TwigShop.com and/or your use of this Site shall be submitted to binding arbitration according to the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The parties to the arbitration shall evenly divide any and all costs of the arbitration. Neither party shall be entitled to attorney fees. All parties submit to exclusive jurisdiction in Palm Beach County, Florida (USA). The arbitration shall take place exclusively in Palm Beach County, Florida (USA) before a retired judge and shall be governed by Florida law without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
